I’m James, and I like games. Maybe a little too much….
You may also know me as BaconMob, which I’ve gone by on YouTube, Twitch and multiple online gaming services over the years. The name originated from a portmanteau of Bacon and Moblin, the piglike monsters from The Legend of Zelda.
This is a project I’ve been meaning to undertake for a while. The whole YouTube thing was certainly fun, but writing has always been a much greater passion of mine than video production, and I feel that I can output both a greater quantity and higher quality of content through this medium.
So, won’t you join me? I’m pretty excited, you should be too. Let’s talk games! Game developers, game mechanics, gaming culture, games as art, nothing is off the table.
